H7 INVESTMENT FELLOWSHIP
We recruit for H7 Investment Fellowship on a rolling basis. The program brings together emerging talent with a strong interest in life sciences and investing, and will provide hands-on exposure to venture investing, business development, and strategic partnerships throughout the fellowship period.
HAND-ON EXPERIENCE
Gain practical experience in conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities in biotech companies. Participate in deal negotiations and learn the intricacies of structuring successful investment deals.
INVESTMENT THESIS DEVELOPMENT
Develop a deep understanding of investment strategies and learn how to formulate and articulate investment theses tailored to the biotech industry. Explore emerging trends and opportunities in biotech innovation.
MENTORSHIP
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced investors and industry professionals who will provide personalized support and insights throughout the fellowship program.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Build a strong network of peers, mentors, and industry contacts within the biotech venture capital ecosystem. Connect with entrepreneurs, scientists, and executives shaping the future of biotech innovation.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
To apply for the fellowship, a Ph.D., M.D., or Pharm.D. is required, with strong biotech or pharma industry experience strongly preferred. Experience in venture capital, consulting, or business development is a plus, but not required.
